American Amber Ale: Racking to Secondary Fermenter – March 17, 2006

Gravity Reading: 1.015

Racked beer to 5 gal glass carboy. There was a nice Krauesen ring around the primary fermenter–It was far more pronounced than my previous attempt with the KC Wheat Beer. The siphoning went well, went silently. I decided not to collect yeast this time– maybe next time if I buy a more expensive yeast. I decided not to dry hop this beer.
