Belgium Wit Beer

A partial mash recipe.

OG: 1.046 – 1.050
FG: 1.012 – 1.018

Alcohol by Volume: 5%
IBUs: 11

2 x 3.3 lb. Briess Wheat Malt Extract
1 lb Flaked Oats
8 oz Crushed white wheat malt
1 oz Coriander Seed
1 oz Bitter Orange Peel
1 oz Tettnanger Hops ( bittering )
( no finishing hops)
5 oz Priming Sugar
1 Dry Ale Yeast. ( I used Munton’s but I would have rather picked a Belgium Wit yeast or English Ale yeast if I wasn’t such a cheap bastard.)
