    Thanks for the link! I started homebrewing in 1991 and “retired” in 2000. I also ran tutored monthly beer tastings at my local Gingerman pub for over a decade. I’ve been a little burned out, but because of blogs like yours I’ve been thinking more and more about firing up the old beer synapses again. Best of luck with your endeavours – and I really like the batch by batch focus of your blog.
