Revving up for the next batch
I have selected a nice Oatmeal stout recipe for my next brew. I figure that this sweet stout is going to be very drinkable even on cold days.
I was all ready to brew this last weekend when I discovered I was out of ice. I was also a little concerned with the fact that I had just finished preparing some pizza dough–I made a flour mess and was worried about possible contamination from bacteria and yeast leaching onto airborn flour particals. Brewing will commence as soon as I have a free evening; it might be next weekend.
